December 2021 Update & End of Year

Christmas & New Years Temporary Suspension of Fulfillment

Dear KPB customers, 

We would like to advise you that we will be taking a short break in the end of this year.  With our courier/postal partners closures, we will be taking a 2-week break from fulfillment of orders between 24 December 2021 to 7 January 2022.

This break will not effect pre-orders, but any in-stock orders, please be aware that they will not be sent out until we return in the new year (week starting 10 January 2022). 

End of Year Review

Our small team of 2 people (Julia and myself) have been working full-time in recent months to keep up with packing all orders, and also continue bringing a better service for everyone. 

We've encountered challenges in our operations/logistics this entire year as we experienced unprecedented growth in our first full year of trading (2021).  December marks our 1 year anniversary, and we couldn't be here without all the support from all our customers this year. 

This business has started from my bedroom at my house with my parents, but has grown to move to 4 different warehouse/storage locations in 2021, and we are grateful for all the support you have given to our dream. 

2022 - Future Plans

After an amazing 2021 year, we will be revisiting our plans for 2022.  Hearing all our customer's feedback, we will be looking at improving other areas of our service and product offerings in the coming year. 

A customer rewards program will be something that we will be rolling out in the coming new year with "Star Points". 

So keep a watch on this space, and we will announce more exciting things as the year rolls on in 2022.
